What we collect

• Business contact information such as name, job title, employer, work email and work phone, from public sources, professional networks and commercial business-contact databases.
• Information you give us when you email, call, text, apply for a role or send a resume, such as work history, licenses and contact details.
• Messages you exchange with us by email or text, including opt-out requests.

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security.

How we use it

• To contact you about roles or recruiting services related to your work.
• To consider candidates for roles, and, with a candidate's permission, to share their information with a hiring organization.
• To keep records of who has asked not to be contacted, so we can honor it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (for example email, phone and recruiting software), with hiring organizations when a candidate agrees, or when the law requires it. Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing.

Your choices

• Email: reply "unsubscribe" to any email from us, use the unsubscribe link in the email, or write to [email protected].
• Text messages: reply STOP to any text from us.
• Access or deletion: email us to ask what information we hold about you or to ask us to delete it. We keep only the minimum needed to remember your opt-out.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards and keep information only as long as we need it for recruiting, legal or record-keeping purposes. Opt-out records are kept so the opt-out keeps working.
